Shipment processing time begins after your order has been fulfilled. All aftercare collective branded products will be fulfilled immediately and shipment can take 7-10 working days.
All custom branded orders are fulfilled within 28 working days and shipping can take 7-10 days after the order is fulfilled. We endeavour to have products out to you as soon as humanly possible so lead time in some circumstances can be much shorter.
Shipments will not take place on weekends or public holidays.
